Phil Zipkin (originally from Los Angeles, CA) is a singer/songwriter who is no stranger to the theater & cabaret world, but has focused on bringing the joy of music to senior communities (55+ adult, retirement, independent and assisted living communities) for the past 7 years. He has performed at virtually every cabaret house in NYC over the past 25 years, sang at Carnegie Hall/Lincoln Center and various other big named concert halls, & worked with some amazing composers & lyricists (William Finn, Maltby & Shire, David Friedman & George Forrest/Robert Wright). but one of the greatest experiences was singing backup on one of Barry Manilow’s albums when he lived in LA.
