Scott Gurney is one of the most versatile pianists/vocalists in the tri-state area. At an early age Scott studied classical and jazz exstensively and attended Philadelphia College Of Performing Arts. Throughout High School and College Scott performed with various local rock and jazz groups then in his twenties performed with such notable artists as The Drifters and Lou Rawls among others.At an early age Scott also discovered a deep love of singing as well.He is comfortable behind the piano just playing or playing and singing. Scott runs the gamut of musical styles from Sinatra to Bennett to Billy Joel and Elton John up to todays artists like Maroon 5,Ed Sheeran,Bruno Mars and may others.He can go out as a single or augment up to a 5 piece band:for something a little different and fun he can even put together a dueling piano show!
