Michael Simmons, classical guitarist, holds a bachelor degree in music from The University of the Arts and a graduate degree in music history and guitar performance from Temple University. Mr. Simmons studied with John Leonard and Peter Segal and has performed in master classes for Benjamin Verdery, Sharon Isbin, Eliot Fisk, Carlos Barbosa-Lima and Oscar Ghiglia.

Thomas Meany, flute and Michael Simmons, classical guitar, based in the Philadelphia area performs music for flute ands guitar at concerts, weddings, corporate events and all special occasions. The ensemble’s repertoire comprises music from the Renaissance Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods as well a s contemporary works. Together the duo members represent over two decades of experience in professional performance .
